International authentication solutions provider SK ID Solutions was among the finalists of the most valued employer brand competition in Estonia, the Dream Employer. The jury pointed out the unity of the internal and external image and the high motivation of the employees of SK.

A jury of recognized Estonian human resources managers also highly appreciated SK’s reputation as both a service provider and an employer. According to this, SK’s current and potential employees see SK as an employer in a similar way – we are responsible for big things, we carry out an important mission and we do things that really benefit a lot of people.

“It is really important for us that our employees feel valuable and that they know that SK, as an employer, is constantly striving for this. This is first and foremost an important achievement for our entire team, but it also means a lot to our customers and users of our authentication services, because only with motivated employees can we do really cool things,” said Liisa Lukin, Member of the Management Board of SK.

In addition, SK employees considered important the exceptional development opportunities and cool joint events that strengthen team spirit. Our employees also appreciated the opportunity to work in a field that benefits many people and thereby fulfill themselves.

The Dream Employer competition is conducted by the Marketing Institute in cooperation with the CV-Center and recognized Estonian human resource managers. In addition to SK, the finalists in the business sector category also included Ericsson Estonia, Nordea Bank, SEB Bank and If Insurance.
