As of September 1, 2021, we will stop offering Proxy OCSP service, which issues certificate validity information about the electronic identity tokens in Finland, Lithuania, and Latvia. All current users of the service will be notified personally.

Due to switching to the ASiC-e signature format and to ensure better compatibility with international standards, we are no longer offering new clients the option of signing up for the Proxy OCSP service, which allows to confirm the validity of Latvia, Lithuanian and Finnish ID-card certificates. We will directly contact all e-service providers who are still using the service.

The validity of the certificates issued by third parties should be checked via the OCSP service provided by certificate’s issuer. You can find the address of the issuer’s OCSP service in the certificate.
