In Smart-ID customer service points you can apply for or revoke a Smart-ID account. To revoke your Smart-ID please call to Smart-ID customer support.

Mobile-ID customer service points are operator’s stores:

Telia: private customers and business customers, Bitė, Tele2 in Lithuania

Cyber Incident Reporting

Cyber incidents concerning SK ID Solutions AS products and services can be reported by sending email to incident@skidsolutions.eu

Whistleblowing Channel

Reports of allegations of suspected improper activities relating to SK ID Solutions must be submitted through a form available here.

Improper activities reports are received and analysed by Grant Thornton ́s legal manager. SK ID Solutions does not have access of any sort to this form.
