We are delighted to announce that our new e-service portal for business customers is now open.

The redesigned portal has gone through several improvements, offering easier access and streamlined management of SK services and organizational certificates with ease.

The new logical and user-friendly interface, currently in English only, seamlessly integrates visual improvements with technical enhancements. Based on your feedback, we have crafted an experience that not only functions efficiently but also looks aesthetically pleasing.

Recognizing the importance of intuitiveness and simplicity, the redesigned dashboard allows for more intuitive navigation, enabling easy management of ordered services, tracking and ordering of certificates, and access to timestamping and various other services with ease.

For Estonian companies, we have added a direct linkage to the Estonian e-Business Register. Thanks to this, the ordering process for organizational certificates is now more simple and straight forward.

Additionally, we’ve also improved the billing system to offer more flexibility: whether you prefer consolidated billing for a straightforward overview or separate invoices for detailed clarity, our updated system will manage both.

We also improved user management to provide better oversight of company representatives. Also direct integration with our notification service will ensure all contacts will receive service related notifications as soon as they have been added to the portal.
